4. Fees and Payment

• Fees for our legal services will be outlined in the engagement letter or agreement. These may be based on hourly rates, flat fees, or contingency arrangements.
• You are responsible for payment of all fees and costs associated with your case, including but not limited to court fees, filing fees, and costs of expert witnesses.
• Payments are due as specified in the engagement letter. Late payments may incur interest or additional charges.

5. Confidentiality

• We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your information. We will not disclose your information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide our legal services.
• Communication between you and the Firm is protected by attorney-client privilege, but it is important to note that no communication via email or other electronic means is completely secure.

6. Conflicts of Interest

We will conduct a conflict check prior to accepting any new matter to ensure that no conflict of interest exists. If a conflict arises during the course of representation, we will notify you immediately and take appropriate action to resolve it.

7. Termination of Services

• You may terminate our services at any time by providing written notice. Similarly, we may terminate our representation with reasonable notice if permitted by law or ethical guidelines.
• Upon termination, you will be responsible for any fees and costs incurred up to the date of termination.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Modern Trust Chamber shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the provision of our legal services.
• Our liability for any claim arising out of our legal services will be limited to the amount of fees paid by you for the specific matter giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the Austrian law as well as International Arbitration Laws.
• Any disputes arising from these terms or our legal services will be resolved through court in Austria.

10. Amendments

Modern Trust Chamber reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
